4. What is your warranty policy?

We offer a 5-year warranty on frames and a 1-year warranty on specific upholstery against manufacturing defects. Normal wear and tear are not covered.

5. Do you provide international shipping?

6. How do I care for my furniture?

Fabric Sofas:Regular vacuuming and prompt stain treatment.
Leather Sofas: Wipe with a damp cloth and use leather conditioner periodically.
Wooden Parts: Dust regularly and avoid excessive moisture.

We service all structural parts including zigzag springs, foam cushions, support belts, wooden frames, and stitching. Note: Fabric/leather damages are not covered.

2. How long does a typical repair take?

Most structural repairs are completed within 3-7 days after inspection. Complex cases may take longer.

3. Is there a warranty on your repairs?

Yes! We offer a 1-month warranty on all serviced components for workmanship issues.

4. Do you provide on-site repairs or pickup?

We offer both options:

  • In-workshop repairs (recommended for quality checks).

  • At-home fixes for minor issues (service charges apply).
